As part of Art Law Access' commitment to support artists and entertainers, we offer reduced fees to qualifying individuals and organizations. Our tiered fee structure is designed to support creative artists as they grow their businesses. These fees are based off of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. See the table below to determine what tier you qualify for.
SPECIAL RATES
As part of Art Law Access' mission to support Nonprofits, we offer the following reduced rates to 501(c)(3) organizations.
$150/HOUR
Nonprofit Organizations with gross receipts less than $1mil annually
Art Law Access is dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations and helping them achieve their mission goals.
$250/HOUR
Nonprofit Organizations with gross receipts of $1mil or more
We understand that a nonprofit's success brings more challenges. Our firm supports organizations at all levels of development.
FLAT FEES
Some services, such as copyright registration, trademark registration, and small business formation, can be completed for a flat fee, contact us for more information if you are interested.
